In May 2006 at the Freshwater SLSC, the "Delightful Rain" project gathered together some of this country's best surf musicians to celebrate the journey of Australian surf music.
The only appropriate way to kick off the two week recording session was the distinctive and thundering sound of The Atlantics. The band that started it all back in the 1960s.
After a couple of days recording, this legendary band offered to stage a rare, informal concert for the local music and surf fraternities.
This is it. It was an extreme privilege to be there. Now you can be.
